Pilates is a low-impact, full-body exercise that strengthens muscles and increases flexibility. Rather than focus on achieving more reps, Pilates is all about controlling the muscles and movement of the body. Pilates has been growing in popularity as more people become aware of the incredible benefits of this unique form of exercise.
