This advanced course reviews current literature regarding the benefits of aquatic exercise using a variety of therapeutic interventions, including the Halliwick Concept, the Bad Ragaz Ring Method, Ai Chi, Watsu, swim stroke training, aquatic cardiovascular training, neuromuscular training and core, upper-quarter and lower-quarter musculoskeletal training. Learn how to apply aquatic activities to progress individual clients and how to adapt these activities to individuals of all ages with various disease-specific conditions.
