Beyond the Gym: Creating Community through Challenges

Creating challenges is a great way to create a sense of community and keep participants motivated to stick to their health and fitness goals. Fitness-related challenges, healthy nutrition tips, and creating an online community are all topics covered in this one-hour workshop.
Participants must have access to a device capable of connecting to a Zoom conference meeting, to include webcam capabilities.
