Breathing Better

$24.00Focus on breathwork is often reserved for yoga, Pilates, and other mind-body fitness activities. However, athletes of all calibers can benefit from improved breathing practice, to enhance performance, stamina, and recovery, and to decrease mental and physical stress. This one-hour workshop will review the importance of proper breathing for athletes and how to facilitate better practices with clients and participants.
Equipment Requirements
Participants in this workshop must have access to a device capable of connecting to a Zoom meeting, to include a functioning webcam and mic.
