Fitness for Your Fascia combines classroom and hands-on learning to introduce you to self-myofascial release techniques utilizing foam rollers and small balls. Self-myofascial release helps to improve muscle function by promoting mobility, flexibility and restoring muscle balance. Walk away from this workshop with a greater understanding of myofascial release and the types of techniques that can ease tightness, inflammation, and reduce injuries.
Participants must have access to a device capable of connecting to a Zoom conference meeting, a foam roller (any size) as well as adequate space to complete the master class, roughly the size of a yoga mat.
