In as little as three minutes a day, you can improve your mental, physical and physiological state, which will ease the world of any busy fitness professional. Learn several different ways to meditate that you can use on your own and share with your clients and students.
Participants must have access to a device capable of connecting to a Zoom conference meeting, to include webcam capabilities.
*Introduction to Meditation is NOT a part of the NETA 200 Hour Yoga Program curriculum, and may only be used for continuing education credits.
