Meditative practices have been shown to enhance mental wellness, decrease stress, and improve focus and concentration. Take your meditation practice to the next level by looking deeper into the mental, physical, and physiological elements. Participants will leave this workshop with a greater understanding of several different types of meditative practice, and how to effectively guides others into a deeper level of mental and physical wellness.
Participants in this workshop must have access to a device capable of connecting to a Zoom meeting, to include a functioning webcam and mic.
