Primary Review: Guidelines for Fitness Programming

Primary Review: Guidelines for Fitness Programming will cover the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, principles of training, and guidelines for cardiorespiratory, resistance, and flexibility training. The Primary Review series is for candidates studying to take either the NETA Personal Trainer Certification exam or the NETA Group Exercise Instructor Certification exam. Each review will focus on a different area of the materials and will be applicable to both exams. Sign up for a single review to brush up on a subject or all five for a comprehensive review.
Participants in this workshop must have access capable of connecting to a Zoom meeting, to include a functioning webcam and mic.
