From the mile to the marathon, from the jogger to the elite long distance runner, this workshop will give you the necessary skill set to exceed goals.
Participants in this workshop must have access capable of connecting to a Zoom meeting, to include a functioning webcam and mic. Access to lightweight dumbbells or a resistance band is recommended.
