Industry research from the past year indicates a continued interest in at-home, body-weight based workouts to maximize metabolic expenditure. Additionally, improved mobility and muscular balance is showing essential to enhance athletic performance, decrease risk of injury, and improve independence for activities of daily living. Suspension trainers provide a portable, affordable, and accessible means of addressing all of these areas. Participants in this workshop will discover the benefits of suspension trainers in improving mobility and muscular balance; how to leverage the tool for high intensity training; and how to create programs focusing on either mobility, metabolism, or a fusion of the two.
Equipment Requirements
Participants in this workshop must have access to a device capable of connecting to a Zoom meeting, to include a functioning webcam and mic. Access to a suspension trainer is HIGHLY recommended for this workshop.
