$24.00Heart rate variability (HRV) is a biological marker of how well the autonomic nervous system is working, and is an indicator of physiological health and risk of chronic disease. Understanding the importance of a well-functioning autonomic nervous system and how to decrease risk of chronic disease is an important tool for fitness professionals to better reach participants and clients. This one-hour workshop will differentiate between heart rate measurements and variability and provide an understanding of the importance of this biological marker.
Equipment Requirements
Participants in this workshop must have access to a device capable of connecting to a Zoom meeting, to include a functioning webcam and mic.
