Enhance Your Skills with NETA’s Pilates Reformer Level 2 Specialty Certification
Seeking to further engage your clients and participants to reach their goals with intermediate and advanced level Reformer exercise? NETA’s Pilates program is designed to educate fitness professionals on a mind-body form of exercise that focuses on functional fitness to benefit every participant. Pilates can increase and develop strength, improve mobility and flexibility, and support recovery. Participants of Pilates practice gain a healthy, well-balanced body, while gaining greater power and stamina. NETA’s Pilates Reformer Level Two Specialty Certification is a continuation of the Pilates Reformer Specialty Certification, reviewing and building upon the principles learned in the primary training with more advanced exercises and programming. Participants in this workshop should have a good understanding of anatomy and kinesiology, as well as the basics of Reformer exercise prior to attending.
This workshop is designed to provide fitness professionals with:
- A solid understanding of Pilates exercise, to include use of the Reformer
- Information regarding safe and effective set-up and modifications of Reformer exercises
- Advanced Pilates Reformer exercise programming and instruction
Prerequisite: NETA’s Pilates Reformer Specialty OR an equivalent certification
Upon successful completion of the workshop and a post-workshop, open book, unproctored, multiple-choice online exam, participants will proudly earn NETA’s Pilates Reformer Level 2 Specialty Certificate.
