Online Wellness Coach Certification
Prepare for NETA’s Wellness Coach Certification exam using NETA’s online prep modules. NETA’s Wellness Coach Specialty Certification Online Review consists of four modules incorporating both lecture and visual demonstration. Module one presents an introduction to wellness coaching, including the elements of a coaching relationship. Module two covers adult learning concepts and theories, relationship building skills, and communication. Module three includes behavioral change and goal setting strategies, as well as overcoming barriers to change. The final module provides an in-depth explanation of motivational interviewing (MI), including video demonstration of actual interviews and examines the research behind MI. NETA’s online review modules serve as an excellent resource for those who are serious about taking their profession to the next level by becoming a wellness coach.
