Barre Connect Specialty Certification
Barre fitness has emerged in the 21st century as one of the leading methods of group exercise classes. These ballet and dance inspired classes provide benefits in strength, balance, cardiovascular endurance and overall physique without the use of large weights or high-impact activity. NETA’s Barre Connect Certification combines the elements of barre training with targeted resistance training, yoga, and high-intensity cardiovascular bursts to provide a dynamic, multi-purpose format. Participants will learn the fundamentals necessary to design safe and effective multi-level Barre Connect classes. Leave with a deep understanding of the science, technique, and 4 main components behind Barre Connect.
Upon completion of the workshop and the online examination, you will earn the NETA Specialty Certificate as a Barre Connect instructor.
Register NowGreat teaching and the option to work through each exercise at your own speed! I love that I could work through it at my own pace and have all the materials downloaded to my computer. This is amazing and I have done your Master Class a few times, which is wonderful! I have taken different Barre classes in the community, but I prefer what you have done with Barre Connect because it has a strong Ballet Foundation- I’m a former ballet dancer so I loved it! Thank you!
