Participants will explore how yoga and fitness support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience, with a focus on breathwork, trauma-informed language, and inclusive cueing. The session includes evidence-based strategies for designing movement experiences that promote emotional regulation and mental wellness in both group and individual settings. Practical applications and case examples will be provided to support implementation within the scope of practice.
