A review of the basic principles of Pilates will be put into practical application on the wall, with discussion on essential equipment and space for setup, programming of an appropriate warm-up and cool-down, and safe and effective modifications for special populations.
Equipment Requirements:
Participants must have access to a device capable of connecting to a Zoom conference meeting, to include webcam capabilities.
