In this session, participants will learn how fitness can strengthen not just the body but the mindset that carries people through life’s toughest seasons. Presented by a breast cancer survivor and longtime trainer, this workshop will provide practical strategies fitness professionals can use in group classes and personal training sessions to help clients move with strength, handle stress, and bounce back from setbacks. Participants will walk away with tools they can apply to create classes that move bodies and change lives.
Equipment Requirements:
Participants in this workshop must have access to a device capable of connecting to a Zoom meeting, to include a functioning webcam and mic. Access to a heart-rate monitor or self-tracking device is recommended, but not necessary to participate.
