This three-hour workshop blends the principles of Pilates with the versatility of suspension training to create a dynamic, full-body workout experience.This session will explore how suspension systems can enhance core stability, balance, flexibility, and strength while maintaining the mindful movement and alignment focus of traditional Pilates. Participants will learn proper setup, exercise progressions and regressions, cueing techniques, and safety considerations for all fitness levels. Through hands-on practice and movement integration, attendees will leave with the skills to design and instruct innovative Suspension Trainer Pilates classes that challenge and inspire clients.
Equipment Requirements
Participants in this workshop will need access to a device capable of connecting to a Zoom meeting, including a functional webcam and mic.
