Re-Registration & Cancellation Policy for Crunch Employees

Confirmed workshop (in-person or virtual) and webinar registrations are non-refundable. Registrants who are unable to attend a scheduled workshop or webinar will be issued a Re-Registration Voucher valid for one year from the date of the scheduled event. Refunds will not be issued for absences from live workshops (in-person or virtual) or webinars.

The Re-Registration Voucher may be used toward a future NETA workshop or webinar of the same format and duration.

For participants who are unable to attend a Group Exercise Instructor or Personal Trainer Certification Review Workshop, the voucher may alternatively be applied toward registration for a future virtual review workshop and/or the Test Only option for the Group Exercise Instructor or Personal Trainer certification exam, administered through ProctorU’s remote online proctoring service. A $99 re-registration fee will apply.

Registrants may also transfer their registration to another eligible workshop or webinar. A $59 re-registration fee for Crunch employees will apply.

NETA-Cancelled Workshops

In the event that NETA must cancel a live workshop due to inclement weather, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances, registrants will be notified by phone and email with as much advance notice as possible.

Registrants will be offered the option to transfer to a future workshop or test only option at no additional charge or request a partial refund of the registration fee. The partial refund will be the amount paid minus $50 for study materials.

Registrants traveling a significant distance who may incur travel or lodging expenses are encouraged to contact NETA Customer Service to confirm the status of a workshop before making travel arrangements. NETA is not responsible for reimbursement of travel-related expenses resulting from a workshop cancellation.

Study Materials & Full Refunds

A full refund is available if the study materials are returned within 30 days of receipt in unused, resellable condition. Items received after 30 days or returned in used or non-resellable condition will not be accepted.

All returned items must be sent to the designated NETA return address. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returns or exchanges.

Please allow up to 15 days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Exam preparation materials, including manuals, workbooks, and practice exams, may not be returned once the candidate has attended the review workshop or webinar and/or attempted the certification exam.
