Foam rollers and self-myofascial release (SMR) continue to be popular topics in the fitness world. This workshop will examine the benefits of SMR before, during, and after exercise, and how foam rollers can be used not only for SMR, but as a tool in fusion classes. Gain a greater appreciation for this simply piece of equipment and explore the options of incorporating foam rollers into your class instruction.
