In-depth breakdowns of poses and a discussion of anatomy and physiology ensures safety and effectiveness of programming, while a deep look at pranayama (breathing) and yoga philosophy elevates your teaching of the physical to an immersive experience you create for students in-class and beyond. Upon completion of Yoga Foundations, participants have noted not only an increase in their capability to teach, but an enhanced personal practice that benefits multiple aspects of their lives and careers.
