Packaged in bite-size offerings, yoga capsules hinge on the concept of small commitments accumulating to lasting changes. Learn the ins, outs, and how-to’s of yoga capsules in this one-hour workshop

4/29 NEW! Corporate Yoga: 8:00 am-1:00 pm CDT
Long hours, heavy workloads, job insecurity, and conflicts with co-workers are all factors of increased stress in the workplace, leading to physical manifestations of pain and chronic disease, and cognitive, social, and emotional burnout. Yoga practices can aid in alleviating the signs and symptoms of workplace stress, while equipping the individual to better deal with the day-to-day stressors themselves. This workshop will identify specific elements of yoga to alleviate and deal with stress; workplace-friendly practices to be done individually or as a group; and strategies for marketing oneself in a corporate setting.
